The Chamber Foundation is seeking proposals for community programs and initiatives that uplift and empower our neighborhoods. Whether it’s a project to support local entrepreneurs, a program to promote health and wellness, or an initiative to foster cultural diversity, we want to hear from you!
Maximum Reimbursement: $2,000 per approved event or initiative
The Carefree-Cave Creek Chamber Community Grant Program provides financial support to current Chamber members hosting events, programs, or initiatives that create a meaningful benefit for the local community. Eligible Chamber members may apply for reimbursement of approved marketing and promotional expenses up to $2,000 per event or initiative.
The purpose of the grant is to invest in Chamber members who are actively contributing to the vitality of the Carefree-Cave Creek area through events and activities that bring people together, support local businesses, attract visitors, strengthen community connections, or enhance the overall quality of life in our community.
Funding is intended primarily to assist with marketing and promotion expenses that increase the visibility, attendance, and community impact of an eligible event or initiative.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be a current member in good standing of the Carefree-Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce at the time of application.
- Remain a Chamber member in good standing through completion of the event and issuance of the grant reimbursement.
- The applying Chamber member must be the organization or business responsible for hosting, producing, or significantly participating in the event or initiative.
- The event or initiative must provide a clear and meaningful benefit to the local Carefree-Cave Creek community and surrounding area.
- The event should encourage community engagement, support local businesses, attract visitors, provide educational or cultural opportunities, or otherwise contribute positively to the economic or social vitality of the area.
- The event or initiative must take place within, or directly serve, the Chamber’s local service area.
- Applicants must demonstrate how Chamber grant funding will increase the reach, visibility, attendance, or impact of the event.
Priority will be given to events and initiatives that demonstrate strong Chamber involvement, collaboration with other Chamber members, support of local businesses, and measurable benefit to the local community.
